Delivery Charges

Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping charge may vary with weight, size of product, location and courier / logistics carrier.

All orders placed are dispatched within 2 business days. Should there be any delay due to any reason the customer shall be informed the reason for delay.

Orders placed from Monday to Saturday will be delivered in three to five business days. However the delivery service is outsourced to competent courier / logistics/ transport companies hence delay in delivery time due to external reason/s are not guaranteed in the purchase.

In case of non delivery or unable to deliver due to any reason, the customer shall be refunded duly.

Orders cannot be cancelled due to delay in delivery time.

I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment?

Your delivery schedule will depend on the product and the time that you placed your order. Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.

What if I miss a delivery?

If you are unavailable when our courier partner arrives with your delivery, they will make one more delivery attempts. If you’re still unavailable after the second attempt, your order will be returned to us. Call us on 9910157000 within one working day of the second attempt and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better. However re-sending any order may attract extra charge which may be decided by company on case to case basis.

Will I be charged for delivery?

Delivery is free on exclusive offers for most products.

How do I track my order via My Account?

To track your order, just follow these simple steps:

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Click ‘My Account’.
  • Select ‘Order History’.
  • In the orders page, select ‘View Details’ for the order number you wish to track.
  • Click on ‘Courier Tracking’.
