We want to ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience, where you can confidently make purchases at the convenience of your home.
If you have received a damaged item, you can return it and get a replacement within 10 days of delivery at no extra cost. Any damage in transit/courier that happened prior to reaching the customer is completely covered and shall be immediately reported by e-mail at email@example.com. Complaints received for a damaged product like leaking bottle, damaged bottle, crushed bottle after 1 day of receiving the goods shall not be covered under return policy and not liable for any refund or compensation whatsoever.
The product should be returned in its actual condition at the time of delivery. Please ensure that product is not used and is kept in its original packaging. Packaging should be returned in an undamaged / as received condition with the product.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER?
All efforts are made to expedite the orders in time, however any delay due to unforeseen circumstances shall be informed to the customer by e-mail, they’ll be provided the reason of delay and given appropriate time of possible dispatch. They will have the option to choose to wait or cancel their order. They will be given full return of the value paid for that order.
DELAY IN DELIVERY TIME?
The company shall do its best to assist the customer and follow the courier company regarding the dispatched order until it is delivered to the customer. However, delay in delivery time is not covered under the purchase process and Jegson Innovative Industries shall not be liable for any delay in delivery. The customer cannot ask for a refund due to a delay in delivery by the courier company or a transport company.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR INITIATING A RETURN?
Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy. Consumable items that have been used or tampered with are ineligible. Please return the item in the actual condition you received it with all its original packaging.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
You can cancel your order by e-mail before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. An order cannot be canceled in case the dispatch has been initiated or the goods have been handed over to the courier company or transport company or a delivery has already been made.
HOW CAN I AMEND / ALTER MY ORDER?
You can amend/alter your order, till the item is shipped and is acceptable by the company at that point in time.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY CANCELLATION REQUEST?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same. However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of the transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.
